Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times are the same regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear.

We cannot control any delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, processing may be delayed. Please review all shipping and billing details before placing your order.
If you need to request an address change, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Delivery & Signature Requirements
Packages may be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. The carrier may choose to hold the package for pickup if they do not consider the delivery location secure. For best results, use a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of your home country, duties and taxes may apply based on your local customs regulations. These fees are not included in purchase prices and must be paid by the recipient to receive the package.
Contact your local customs office for more information.

Some carriers may advance duties and taxes on your behalf and invoice you afterward.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned before reshipping or refunding.
Once returned, we can either re-ship to the correct address or refund the order.
